The service is impeccable and the staff are considerate.
Unfortunately, the soundproofing could be significantly improved, as outside noise filtered into our room during the night. As a light sleeper, this made it challenging for me to rest well, particularly with groups of travelers making noise early in the morning and at night. Our room's location meant we could hear gatherings below, which was quite disruptive.
